To get six pack you shouldn't must join a workout center or follow the instructions of a trainer, you can achieve your after doing proper exercises and dieting make this possible. Both exercises and dieting are essential to burn fats and maintain your body for apperance of six pack abs.


Lets discuss few exercises and dieting at home to get six pack abs:


Donkey Kickback:



1. Kneel on all four with keeping your back neutral, toe tucked under.

2. Draw your belly in towards your spine as you contract abs.

3. Lift knees off the ground about 2 inches.

4. Brings your right knee towards your face, then kick right legs straight behind out, squeezing your butt.

5. keep lower abs contracted and hips facing the ground to protect your back.

6. Repeat this exercise 10 times.


Scale Pose:

1. Sit on your hips first comfortable mode with cross-legged position.

2. Place your hands side with your hips on the floor.

3. Pull your body up just from the floor by transfer your whole body weight on your hands.

4. Hold this pose for 5 seconds and pull off your body on the floor.

5. Repeat this pose 5 times.


Oblique driving-knee crunch

1. Lie on your back on a ball with your feet hip-distance apart of the floor and bend your knees at 90 degree angle.

2. Place your right hand behind your head and left hand on the floor.

3. Lift your left leg in the air and contract it with moving it towards your right elbow, also move your elbow towards your right leg knee. Doing this move 5 times.

4. Remain your initial position, repeat this move by using right leg.

First you should do for finding six pack abs is clean up your regular diet. If you want to appear your abs muscles, you need to avoid junk food like sugar and processed carbs which increase your body fats.


You should add protein sources in your diet, protein helps to build muscles.Add poultry, fish, legumes, nuts, eggs, and full-fat dairy products in your diet to build six pack abs muscles.


Carbs and healthy fats are also important to eat like Breads, grains, and pasta.Nuts and Legumes.Starchy Vegetables.Milk and yogurts.Fruits. Carbs are working as a fuel for body after the workout, its provide energy to body which utilize during exercising and cardio.
